Ruth was head of maths at a large comprehensive before she left to tutor full time. She still teaches every day, mostly A-level students and GCSE groups, and she meets every family who books a consultation.
Her lessons start with what the student already knows and build from there. She'd rather spend twenty minutes making one idea click than rush through a worksheet.
